Return Eligibility

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Return Shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
